If you are using references for screening ~ you must reach out to your two references beforehand. Otherwise they may not see My email or worse, they could see it as poor form and not give you a good review.
Secondly if you did not include exact dates and times that you are available for session ~ be sure to look at My calendar and have some options ready for correspondence.
Lastly, be prepared to send a deposit to confirm the session. If you wish to have a 15 minute phone call for questions after confirming the session, I am happy to break the ice and get to know one another a little more before we meet in person.
